  1. Price – Child – FOC Policies
  • Price: Itinerary & price are subject to change in case of deducting number of pax in quoted group
  • Child policy:
    • Infant below 02 yrs old: FOC
    • Child 02–12 yrs old:
    • Bangkok & Hua Hin & Khao Yai
  • sharing bed with parents charged 80% adult cost
  • using extra bed charged 95% adult cost
  • sharing twin room with another adult: 100% adult rate
    • Bangkok &Pattaya
  • sharing bed with parents charged 75% adult cost
  • using extra bed charged 85% adult cost
  • sharing twin room with another adult: 100% adult rate
  • FOC policy: For every 15 fully-paid adults, the 16th guest will be FOC based on twin/triple sharing room. Max 04 FOC per group. If single room is occupied, surcharge will be applied. No FOC for flight ticket if any.


  1. Cancellation & refund policy
  • More than 45 days before departure date: charge RM100 per booking as administrative fee (For booking with total amount less than RM100, the equivalent administrative fee will be advised at the time of making cancellation).
  • 45 to 30 days before departure date: 10% of total tour cost and not less than administrative fee
  • 30 to 15 days before departure date: 25% of total tour cost
  • 14 to 7 days before departure date: 50% of total tour cost
  • 7 to 5 days before departure date: 90% of total tour cost
  • Less than 5 days or No-show: 100% of total our cost
    Inevitable cancellation charge: flight ticket, cruise ship ticket, train ticket & other pre-paid fees that was already paid to suppliers will be added in addition to the above charges. Scanned receipts are provided upon request.Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.Any cancellation due to force majeure such as wars, strikes, earthquakes, etc. will be considered case by case.

    The refund will be made in 15 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.


  1. Payment Payment can be made by Cheque, wire transfer (bank transfer), Western Union and cash.
  2. Payment policy:
  • Deposit 30% of the total amount within 15 days since the invoice is issued
  • Balance 70% of the total amount within 15 days prior to the group’s arrival date

(In any other case different from above stated, please discuss directly with your travel consultant).

If full payment is not settled by bank transfer before the group’s arrival date, unless agreed earlier by email, we

reserve the rights to cancel the reservation.
